A little more than half a year after launching the powerful Nikon D4S, Nikon decided to improve the firmware of this DSLR, so the new version is labeled C:1.10. A long list of upgrades that the new firmware brought with itself are mainly subtle changes and titivations that have to do with the menu and the way the camera operates. With this firmware version, functioning of the Nikon D4S slightly modified when the video mode is taken into consideration - when menus are displayed in the live view mode while recording a video and the record button is pressed, the menu display vanishes and the display returns to the live view mode. What is also upgraded is the ability to use the zoom on/off option in the Playback mode so that it would be possible to zoom in on the active focus point when shooting in the live view mode.
The news was taken from Nikon's official website, where you can check a detailed list of improvements and changes brought by the firmware version C:1.10.
